Ceadîr-Lunga is a small city located in the south-western part of Moldova, famous for its unique blend of Romanian and Russian cultures. For starters, it's part of the autonomous region of Găgăuzia - which means that you'll find plenty of people here who speak Gagauz, a Turkic language that's spoken by the locals.

One of the things that make Ceadîr-Lunga unique is the presence of a large mosque - known as the "Bashkan Mosque." This mosque is one of the largest in Eastern Europe and is a testament to the fact that Gagauzia has been home to many ethnic Muslim communities for centuries.
