Description

Kota is a city located in the northern Indian state of Rajasthan. It sits on the banks of the Chambal River and is known for its rich history, heritage and culture. The city celebrates a number of festivals throughout the year with great enthusiasm, the most notable of which is the Kota Dussehra festival. This 10-day event features puppet shows, folk dances, and a grand procession to mark the triumph of good over evil.
